MBA PROJECTS

WELCOME TO KINDERCARE
Onboarding Presentation
For one of my human resources classes during my MBA, I created an onboarding presentation that would be presented to a new hire at the position I was in at KinderCare. The onboarding project included a timeline of what the new hire would be learning and an introduction to the staff and benefits as well as a 90-day schedule of what is expected of the new hire.

BREWDOG BREWERY MOVING TO GERMANY
Greenfield Feasibility Study

For one of my management classes during my MBA, my team and I created a Greenfield Feasibility Project discussing the company we have picked and the country we would want to see the company expand in. We collaboratively researched the brand, the countries economics, culture, government, laws, and regulations to determine if the company would be successful in the country we chose. We also researched the differences between the industry markets. After our research, we also made marketing recommendations that would help the companies expand into the new country and market.

SEE YOU IN GERMANY WHITE CLAW
Marketing Plan
For one of my marketing classes during my MBA, I created a marketing plan for a company of my choosing to expand its products to a new country. The company I picked, White Claw, is known for its Hard Seltzers. I wanted to research a country where this drink has not yet been a part of, and as Germany is known to be the beer capital of the world, I thought it would be a beneficial move for the company to expand its products there. After research on the countries culture, economics, government, tariffs and regulations, market demands, I came up with a marketing plan that would be proposed to see if the company would be successful in Germany.
During my time at Tiffin University, I was able to work on different marketing, finance, and management project alone and with a team putting what we have learned and my experiences from my previous studies and current position into practice.
