MUCFD 10TH ANNUAL FASHION SHOW
Event Planning
I have been a part of the Miami University Club of Fashion and Design program in their event planning and public relations committees. I collaborated with executives as well as other students in planning the largest student ran fashion show. I was involved in the behind scenes setting up the fashion show, checking guests in, keeping track of the models and the designs that would be on the runway, and lead the models and send them on the runway.

Event Planning
As an executive assistant to the Miami University Fashion and Design program Event Committee and PR/Marketing executives, I was involved in planning our yearly luncheon Friends of Fashion where students get to meet with alumni as well as other fashion industry leaders. I was involved from the beginning of the planning where we decided on the color schemes, decorations, and how the room would be set up, to the invitations, execution and setting up, checking speakers and students in, to tear down.

Event Planning Plan
As an executive assistant to the Miami University Fashion and Design program Event Committee and PR/Marketing executives, I was involved in planning our annual student ran fashion design program. I was involved in discussions of what the theme would be, how we would execute the fashion show as well as a part of the marketing efforts on social media channels and on campus. I was also part of the modeling commitee and was a part of the fashion show. I was more involved in this fashion show as I was able to help plan it, market it digital and in person, set it up, be a part of it as a model, and help with tear down. Our annual fashions shows has helped us students petition and create fashion programs within Miami University.
During my time at Miami University Fashion and Design, I was able to be a part of creating many events that were strictly run by students. Outside of my experiences in school, I have planned weddings, birthday parties, and bridal showers.
